About the History

Built during the Belle Époque era by Baroness Béatrice Ephrussi de Rothschild, the villa was designed to house her extraordinary collections of art and decorative objects. When the Baroness organised receptions in the early 20th century, all the mondaine elite of the Riviera would come to her luxurious villa on the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula.
