About the History

A 15th-century Provencal castle, formerly the residence of the Marquis de Balincourt. Three elements are classified as Historic Monuments: the Castle with its grand staircase (15th century), the Magnanerie (silkworm farm, the largest in the region) and its Waterworks (mid-19th century), and a Windmill from the 17th century with a perfectly preserved mechanism. The estate was inaugurated in July 2022 after a complete renovation, attended by more than 250 people from the region. It notably hosted the wedding of Miss France Valerie Begue and Olympic swimmer Camille Lacourt in 2013.
