About the History
18th century · Historic abbey, former monks' refectory converted to orangerie
The last testimony of the ancient monastery where it served as the abbatial palace. Originally the first daughter house of Cîteaux, after the French Revolution it became the home of a family of scholars and inventors, whose younger descendants still play in the park of centenarian trees.
