Romantic Nature-Inspired Elopement

A romantic nature inspired elopement styled shoot

Welcome to the second week of this wonderful new year, we hope 2018 is going great for you so far! To begin this week of weddings we have a romantic nature inspired elopement styled shoot to share with you.

This collaboration of talented vendors is all about the countryside and we absolutely adore the nature inspired details seem throughout this shoot! We think it could be a lovely addition to so many weddings this year. The day was planned and styled by Wedding & Happiness and included sweet treats from well known baker Synie’s and a gorgeous two piece gown by Laure B Gady.

The perfect cherry on the top and complimented the feel of this rustic chic elopement wonderfully

The use of earthy tones and greens really made for a beautiful combination not forgetting the very unique tablescape which included homemade candles, what a perfect addition (they could even be perfect favours for your guests to take home!). The breathtaking setting of the farm was the perfect cherry on the top and complimented the feel of this rustic chic elopement wonderfully.

We will now pass you over to wedding planner Wedding&Happiness who will be walking us through today’s nature inspired elopement…

“I am a Wedding Planner and Designer from Paris. I work with passion around three values: authenticity, ethics and tailored weddings. It’s really important to me that everything is focused on the couple. The project really has to look like the bride and the groom.”

It’s a perfect place for an elopement in France

“This place is like a cocoon because there is nothing around this farm other than woods and fields. It’s quiet. There are a lot of places for love. It’s a perfect place for an elopement in France.”

“I really believe that today, we can get married in a different way: more respectful of nature and people. When I created this shoot “Farm memories”, I thought about this tree values.”

This farm is old and everything is so authentic

“I love venues with a story. This farm is old and everything is so authentic. I found this private place close to Paris, fell in love with it and created the design around this beautiful farm.”

“The story of Filipa and Loic. When they were young they spent a lot of holidays at this farm and grew and fell in love many years after. Both decided to get married at this venue full of memories.”

“They chose to have an elopement because this place is their secret. They just wanted to be there, with their love and their childhood memories.”

Couple Portraits

A close-up couple portrait taken outdoors in a natural, open field setting with blurred greenery in the background. The bride and groom are embracing, their faces nearly touching, with both eyes closed or downcast. The bride wears a backless lace bodice gown in ivory with a low open back, her dark hair worn half-up and adorned with a floral crown of small white blooms and greenery. The groom wears a cobalt blue suit jacket with a white dress shirt, a gold patterned bow tie, and a light blue printed pocket square, and has a watch on his wrist. The overall styling leans toward a relaxed boho aesthetic, combining the lace open-back dress and flower crown with the groom's bold-colored suit and textured accessories. The image is shot in warm, natural light with a shallow depth of field.
