Few places in the world radiate romance like Paris, and this editorial shoot at The Louvre and Jardin des Tuileries captures the city’s soul through fine art simplicity and classic French style. Dilani Schipper Photography & Design drew inspiration from the timeless architecture and intimate energy of the space - where light, lines, and history meet love. The session, centered on newlyweds Aline and David, unfolded as a portrait of elegance and calm, every frame balancing grandeur with tenderness. The golden hues of the Louvre’s façades paired perfectly with the soft pastels of the styling, creating a series of portraits that feel like modern heirlooms.

Design Notes: Blush Hues, French Textures, and Soft Light

The design story celebrated French romance through refined detail and texture. The bride wore a lace gown from Ane Berry, complemented by gold jewelry from DKRS Online and delicate Bella Belle Shoes. Her bouquet, designed by Le Jardin d’Audrey, featured soft pinks and green stems tied with hand-dyed blush silk ribbons. Makeup and hair by Anna Jazelle Beauty created a glowing, ethereal look that balanced the architectural strength of the Louvre’s stone arcades. Stationery by Dilani Schipper Photography & Design brought cohesion to the visual story, its gentle calligraphy and fine paper styled beautifully with floral accents by Alicia Yarrish Photography.
