Segah and Josh welcomed guests to the South of France for a five-day celebration shaped by their British and Turkish roots and an Orient Express proposal. Château de Robernier, a unique fairytale castle for luxury weddings, became the private heart of the event. Guests arrived to find the château’s courtyards, terraces, and suites woven seamlessly into each gathering. The opening dinner among the vines eased everyone into Provençal life, where corks and laughter filled the evening air. This exceptional wedding venue, offered calm and connection in equal measure, grounding the destination celebration in authentic rural Provence.
Venue
The ceremony began in late afternoon light as fewer than forty guests gathered in the château courtyard. With soft music from a string duo and infused water on hand, the mood remained quiet and thoughtful. Limestone walls and clipped gardens framed the moment, while the surrounding hills reflected warm October tones. After vows, oysters and champagne marked the transition into evening, the terrace alive with laughter and the sound of glasses touching. As the sun set over the vineyards, guests moved toward dinner in the château’s grand ballroom, where high windows and polished floors awaited the night ahead.
